ADAMZ processes uploaded datasets to generate cleaning and analytics insights. Files are used only for requested analysis workflows.
What we collect
- Uploaded tabular data files and related export artifacts you request.
- Transaction metadata (payment confirmation IDs, timestamps, file names) for audit and support.
- Basic technical metadata (browser type, request logs, and error traces) for service reliability.
How we use data
- To clean, analyze, and visualize your dataset in dashboard form.
- To generate downloadable outputs such as cleaned CSV/XLSX and dashboard PDF files.
- To detect abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve platform performance.
Data retention
- Payment and transaction logs are retained for operational and accounting purposes.
- Stored artifacts are retained based on your deployment storage policy and provider configuration.
- You can request deletion support for specific transaction artifacts when needed.
Your responsibilities
- Avoid uploading sensitive personal data unless your compliance policies explicitly allow it.
- Mask or pseudonymize regulated fields before upload whenever possible.
- Ensure you have legal rights to process and analyze the uploaded datasets.
